This society is for those who seek the religious dimension of faith and gratitude. We have a strong dogma or code of belief in the inherent goodness of our species and its future as spiritual beings. Our society is designed to be a high energy place, a happy place, based on building self-esteem, gratitude, praise and faith.

The purpose of our worship services and classes is to enhance the quality of life of our members and to help our members develop community, structure, meaning and a superordinate goal. That means helping our members develop faith, building their self-esteem, teaching them how to use the Gratitude Law of Attraction, and giving them the other teachings of the society such as communication skills, entrepreneurial skills and others.

Diversity Marketing through Gratitude

What if you found a whole new marketplace for your products and services? And what if I told you these people are hungry for what you can give them and will become yours if you just “treat them right”. People of color have been through a hard experience. They have been shunted to the back of buses, refused employment, discriminated against, forced to endure insults and have been made to wait in line while others are served in front of them, even though they got there first. They have been hurt and their self-esteem damaged,

While the things that have happened to them are horrible and unfair, they present a tremendous opportunity for you.  Who is an opportunity for a doctor? People who are ill. Who is an opportunity for a place that sells or serves foods? People who are hungry. There is gap between need and delivery of the needed items in each case.

There is a gap between need and delivery in your business. And that prime market is the diversity customer, people of color. Diversity customers have been living without self-esteem. They have been made to feel lessened, They are hungry for acceptance. They want to fell welcomed. They long for someone whose eyes light up when they enter. They need to feel that someone is grateful for their entering their place of business. They seek an expressions of gratitude for their presence and someone who really wants them around.
Why Diversity Customers Are Your Gold Mine

Diversity customers have lived through the hardest road ever travelled by any people. These customers have been abused, have been spit on, have had doors closed in their faces, and have been told they are not okay. They have been treated as valueless, as tools to be used and then discarded.

Let’s take a look at a profile of many diversity customers. They are

·         People who have had many negative shopping experiences

·         People who may have experienced negative comments about their size and weight

·         People who are tired of clothes that don’t fit and hate to try on clothes because they are too small and then they feel embarrassed

·         People who do not believe they look good

·         People others are constantly trying to put down

·         People who see no point in shopping because "it won’t make any difference how I look anyway"

·         People who think salespeople don’t want to be bothered with them

·         People who feel like they really don’t belong in most stores because they don’t really want to serve them

·         People who have never been made to feel welcome in stores

·         People who have not been greeted warmly

·         People when they go into stores are ignored by persons who don’t want to wait on them

·         People who want to leave the store as soon as possible because of old memory chips of being embarrassed

·         People who feel like getting the experience over as soon as possible

·         People who think the salespersons would like to finish with them as soon as possible so they can wait on someone else.

·         People who feel great relief when they leave the store and the experience is over

·         People who would like a store to feel like home

·         People who would like hospitality in a store

·         People who would like people to like them and want me there

Why Is There a Need For Gratitude Focused Diversity Marketing?  How does a negative buying experience affect a person? People of color purchase differently than mainstream buyers. What do people of color seek when they come to a store? Diversity buyers seek more than just your product. You see most of your customers who are people of color have experienced discrimination and racism. Because of this they bear inner wounds of their self-esteem. This presents you with a tremendous profit opportunity. 

You can use Gratitude Focused Diversity Marketing to rebuild their self-esteem.  If you build your business through building the self-esteem of People of color, if you make your place a place where they will be treated right, you will obtain a "Share of Mind" with them. That means that when they think about buying what you sell they will think of you.  That is what Gratitude Focused Diversity Marketing all about?

You Can Market Your Business In An Empowering Way That Builds the Self-Esteem of Your Customers!

This elevates your business from simply being a place where people come to buy. It will enable you to see your true role as a supplier of gratitude healing needed by people. People come to your place of business because something is lacking. Whatever it is they need, your business can supply. If you only want to sell to that person one time, it doesn't matter how you treat them. Just sell them once and move onto the next customers.  But remember, it takes 7 times the effort, resources, yes the money to sell to a new customer compared to what is needed to sell to the same person more than once. It's in your self-interest to bring that customer back again and again into your place of business.

In order to keep a customer coming back over and over again, you must give them more than just the product or service being offered. You must give them more of what they really need. And when you are dealing with your diversity customers, they have deeper needs. They have been in stores or places of business just like yours and have been treated poorly. Perhaps they were made to wait while others who came after them were served. Perhaps the salespersons were rude. Perhaps it was the body language or the tone of voice. But in any case, in a store or office that offered the same product or service you offer, they were insulted and their self-esteem lowered. 

But they have money to spend. And they need what you have to sell. HEREIN IN YOUR GREAT OPPORTUNITY. You can gain the loyalty of these customers so they come back again and again to buy from you. You can build these customers who have been hurt into your own personal marketing community. They will bring you customers at no cost to you. They will talk to their friends about you.  Remember everyone knows about 250 persons. How would you like for 250 people to come into your business at no cost to you? How can you get diversity customers to become walking, talking, marketing machines for your business?  

You can build a community in your business Based on Gratitude Marketing.  You must raise the level of your business to a healing place. Heal people of color by making them welcome and you will profit. From this moment on, you are a healer.  With these unique Marketing Ways in your kitbag you can create long-term customers who will bring customers to you and keep coming back year after year. You will attract the kinds of people you need to bring to your place that will experience the win-win experience. You will gain and they will gain.

Marketing through a Gratitude Focused Diversity Marketing can lead to Word of Mouth Ambassadors for your product or services. It's just like the experiments made by Pavlov when conditioning a dog. The scientist, Ivan Pavlov, rang a bell every time he fed the dog. At first the dog would salivate when the food appeared. Stage one: food plus bell = salivate. But after many times when the two items were presented together, he was able to make the dog salivate without the food, with only the bell. Bell alone = salivate. He had created an associated memory chip in the dog's brain that told him if he heard the bell it was positively associated with getting food. This is what you want your Gratitude Focused Diversity Marketing to do.

You want them to associate your store or business with a self-esteem building experience. You want to create the kind of association in their minds that stimulates them to come again and to buy. The need for self-esteem is much higher among diversity buyers because of the negative self-esteem robbing experiences they have had to live with all their lives. They have been turned away from stores like yours. They have had doors closed in their faces. They have been insulted, talked down to and all around hurt by the behavior of mainstream people in a store or place of business just like yours. Frankly some don't even want to go out to shop. They don't want to be treated badly. That is why diversity populations are so active on the internet.


But they want and need what you have to sell. So here is your chance to create a positive self-esteem building experience for them every time they come into your place of business. You want to set up a positive correlation between Action to buy, what happened, what that makes me feel.
I go to Brown's store. Someone shows they like me, they speak to me, they are friendly, and they treat me right. When I think of that product I want to buy it from Mr. Brown because going there makes me feel good.

 A second method is to support some community activities desired by the people you are trying to reach.

4) Technology: To teach skills to minorities, women and youth to become Mobile Entrepreneurs through technologies such as Skype, webinars and podcasts anywhere in the world. Today’s entrepreneur needs to master these skills even if they have a brick and mortar outlet for their business. We will teach them how they can use these new technologies to build their business.

 

5) Spiritual Development: Through our self-esteem building programs we will increase personal fulfillment, enable people to create peaceful loving relationships. When we build self-esteem, we build a person's spirit. Spiritual development is the key to bringing us all together to work and live together in a peaceful world. Spiritual development in our workforce makes people want to be productive, to be creative and to give their loyalty to each other and their employers. Without spiritual development it is difficult for people to lead productive, happy lives.

 

6):  Spiritual Therapy Programs: Many people understand how important it is to build the self-esteem of young people and working age people. But many people don't understand the needs of the Elderly, Disabled and Wheelchair Rider populations. Some see them as unimportant or nonproductive. But many people don't understand how they feel and the benefits we all can gain from them. The fact is, in the IGEI Gratitude Immersion World, we understand that these populations have a great deal to offer. The fact is they have much they can learn, much to feel, and much to share which can help us understand gratitude in many ways.

 

There are many stories of people who are not in wheelchairs but are bedridden, who make their families' lives happy by their cheerful, loving, giving, and self-esteem building personalities. Everyone has something to give. But the fact is, no one can give from an empty dish. No matter where you live there are others around you who need positive energy. How do we give them a way to build their own self-esteem so they can give to their world?

 

Through spiritual therapy you will learn how to use gratitude as a power to build your own self-esteem and reach out into the world to give to others. One way is by being in the outdoors, fishing and being close to nature where you rebuild your wholeness. By creating intergenerational volunteer programs you practice the gratitude skills you are learning. We share with them the spiritual therapy programs of IGEI.

 

Spiritual Therapy is a spiritual healing method that focuses on the rebuilding of inner wholeness. Techniques include gratitude practices, self-esteem building, meditation, affirmations, and reprogramming your subconscious mind. These techniques are based on repetitive actions and interactions, building new connections in your brain, to help yourself and others to grow, become more creative and develop spiritual health. Rebuilding your self-esteem is a vital part of spiritual therapy because high self-esteem is the basis of wholeness.

 

Spiritual therapy is best performed in nature because in nature you are able to reconnect with Mother Earth, become grounded and feel the energy around us. Our original way of life was immersed in the natural world. Once cities formed when agriculture developed, the clearings of civilization through the development of urbanization separated us from our connection with the earth. Spiritual therapy through fishing is designed to reestablish that connection.  Water Gratitude includes fishing as an important ecospiritual component of IGEI. Fishing teaches people to hope, to keep trying over and over again.
